C5 Plumbing and Piping Services is a Northern California commercial contractor that has been building since 1989. We self-perform plumbing, underground utilities, and sitework with our own crews, operators, and equipment, so one team owns the work from the street main to the final fixture. We start fire sprinklers in 2027. For owners and facility teams, our on-call service division brings those same crews to your site by the hour around the clock.

  • C5 installs commercial and industrial plumbing systems from underground rough-in to final trim. Our crews handle domestic water, waste and vent, storm drainage, and gas piping for new construction, tenant improvements, and facility upgrades. We coordinate closely with GCs and other trades, test every system before turnover, and keep the paperwork clean so inspections and closeout don't hold up your schedule.

  • We install the lines that connect a project to the grid, including storm drain, sanitary sewer, domestic and fire water, and service connections to the main. C5 self-performs the excavation, shoring, pipe installation, testing, and backfill with our own operators and equipment. One crew owns the work from the tap to the building.

  • Holding an “A” license, C5 has the ability to do complete sitework installations construction with excavation, trenching, grading, and compaction, site concrete, and paving supported by our own fleet of excavators, loaders, water trucks, and haul equipment. Because we also install the utilities, the underground and site prep are scheduled and managed by one team, with fewer handoffs and fewer gaps.

  • C5 is launching a fire protection division in 2027. We'll design and install fire sprinkler systems for commercial and industrial buildings, integrated with the underground fire water service we already put in. If you have 2027 projects in the pipeline, let's talk now.
