The Early Years… (the 90’s)

Our roots go back to 1987, when Haley Plumbing Inc. was founded by Jim Haley, as a commercial plumbing company, serving Stockton and the surrounding Central San Joaquin Valley of Northern California. Two years later, in 1989, the company took on the name Haley Contracting — a name that better reflected what the business had already become: a contractor doing both plumbing and underground utility work, not just plumbing alone.

Building a Reputation…

(1990-2025)

Over the decades that followed, Haley Contracting grew into a full-service commercial and industrial plumbing and underground utilities contractor, holding licenses as a Plumbing Contractor, General Engineering Contractor, and Fire Sprinkler Contractor with the California State Contractors License Board (CSLB #580907 — Classifications A, B, C-36, C-16).

The company built its name on design-build subcontracting services work — partnering with General Contractors and Civil Engineering firms from the earliest planning stages through final construction — completing projects for restaurants, schools, medical and dental offices, hotels, office complexes, water systems, and industrial/manufacturing facilities across the region.
